These workouts are meant for everyone. Regardless of your fitness level, our coaches are ready to teach, scale and guide you through any workout to make sure you have a safe and great experience. You’ll notice that we offer various formats on the schedule, each with a different focus. If you are just getting back into working out, Strength and Conditioning is a class that gives you the flexibility to move at your own pace. With that being said, we encourage you to take the opportunity to try all of our formats!

There are a few different ways to register for a class. Take a look at our schedule on MindBody. From there, you will be directed to our Mind Body platform to register. You can also download our app to view and book your classes.

If you are an unlimited member, you will get access to ALL programming via SugarWOD app. We post a full week of programming every Sunday, so you get to see what lies ahead for you. Additionally, you are able to view all past workouts in SugarWOD. If you are just starting out, and are curious about the class you are attending, we are more than happy to show the workout to you.

Yes! There is ample free parking on Ravenswood, right in front of our gym. There is also meter parking on our cross street, Wilson Ave. Ravenswood is a one-way street, so be sure to come down on the south end.
Keep in mind, if you are arriving between the hours of 8am-3:30pm, ask the front desk for a permit sticker. These are the Industrial Permit hours!

Yes. We have a women’s locker room with two bathroom stalls and 1 shower, as well as a men’s locker room with two bathroom stalls and 1 shower.

Please wear gym attire with closed toe shoes. A water bottle will be great to bring along as well, but we do have a water fountain and water fill-up station if you forget!

You may cancel your class reservation up to 5 hours before, with no charge. If you cancel your class reservation within the five hour window you will be charged a $10 late cancel fee. If you fail to show up for your class without canceling your reservation, you will be charged a $15 no-show fee. In case of emergency please call the front desk for assistance. You can cancel your class reservation online, through the Bolt App, or you can call in for assistance.

Effective February 28, the City of Chicago has removed the mask and vaccine requirements for COVID-19 for certain public spaces.
Doing our part to keep the community safe, we will continue to require proof of vaccine. Masks are not required but of course may be worn per individual's discretion.

All membership cancellations must be made 30 days prior to the next scheduled billing date. The membership cancellation form must be completed in person, with proof of identification. If a client chooses to cancel before a membership commitment is reached, client will owe the Early Termination Fee, which will be the price of the single membership pricing option.

Yes. You can freeze your membership in 1 month increments, for up to 3 months at a time. Membership freeze forms must be filled out in person. At the end of the 3 month period or your stipulated duration, membership will automatically resume on your previously scheduled billing date at the same rate you froze your membership at. There is only 1 freeze allowed per calendar year.

If a client needs to cancel or reschedule a session, they must do so within 24 hours. Failure to cancel within this time frame will result in the trainer deducting a session from the pack/membership. If a client fails to show up to their scheduled session, trainer reserves the right to deduct the session. Exceptions will only be made in the case of emergencies. There is a no-refund policy on all purchases.
