    Technique and proper form is fundamental to our programming. Our coaches earn and maintain credentials in the Exercise Science field to create a safe and structured environment for each athlete. The goal is to have you leaving our gym learning something new.

    At Bolt, you are considered an athlete. This is a place where athletes from any walk of life can take their training to the next level. This is the place where personal bests are celebrated, and pushing for your next PR, whether that is a new concept, weight, rep count, or improvement, is a never-ending pursuit. 

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

Release the athlete within! Bolt’s S&C class involves a wide range of exercises developed to build a variety of skills that focus on mobility, stability, strength, endurance, power, and performance. Expect to learn and utilize elements of olympic weightlifting (front squats, cleans, push jerk), powerlifting (bench press, deadlift, back squat) and of course, conditioning pieces. This balanced training program is open for all skill levels. Don’t miss out on the opportunity to build a strong foundation, and develop the necessary skills to crush day to day activities.

 

HIT

(High Intensity Training)

Bolt’s HIIT class is a high paced and ever-changing format that pairs both strength movements and cardio to increase your heart rate over time, forcing the body to continuously burn calories long after the workout is over.  Taking elements from CrossFit (AMRAPS, EMOMs, rep ladders, pyramids, chippers), interval training (20, 30, 45, and 60-second intervals), and strength training is what makes this class epic.

 

SPORTS PERFORMANCE

The purpose of this class is to truly give participants the opportunity to train like an athlete. To develop performance, proper sprint mechanics, strength/power training, and SAQ drills must be implemented. Unlike most group workouts, Bolt’s Sports Performance Sessions combine everything that an individual needs to maximize their potential. Expect to incorporate Air Runner, Echo Bike, Rower, and SkiErg intervals, as well as plyometrics, change of direction, speed technique, and big lifts.
